When is your event?

If your event is a wedding, enter the date of the ceremony / reception.

Cancellation and Postponement insurance will not cover weather related losses for policies purchased less than 14 days from the event. All non-weather-related coverage will still be effective.

Where is your event being held?

eWed Insurance is available for events within the United States.

What is your event guest count?

eWed's policies are limited to events with 250 or fewer guests.

What is your wedding guest count?

eWed's policies are limited to weddings with 500 or fewer guests.

LIABILITY COVERAGE

Liability Insurance starting at only $119, including host liquor liability.

Liability coverage is required by many venues and protects you if you’re held responsible for property damage or bodily injury at your event.

Liability coverage limits range from $1,000,000 to $3,000,000 Per Occurrence and $2,000,000 to $3,000,000 Aggregate

Medical Expense Add-on

$5,000 Med Exp. is no-fault insurance for medical expenses. If someone is injured at your event, Med Exp. coverage will pay up to the stated amount for medical expenses regardless of who was at fault or caused the injury.

Waiver of Subrogation Add-on

A Waiver of Subrogation is required by some venues. If your venue has asked that you add a waiver to your liability insurance, simply select that option. If they don’t ask – you don’t need the waiver. If the details are important to you, a Waiver of Subrogation makes your insurance the only insurance to pay in the event of a covered claim, even if the venue is partially liable.

Primary Non-Contributory Add-on

A Primary Non-Contributory endorsement is required by some venues. If your venue has asked that you add this endorsement to your liability insurance, simply select this option. If they don’t ask – you don’t need the endorsement. If the details are important to you, a Primary Non-Contributory endorsement makes your insurance policy the first to respond to a claim without any contributions from other insurance policies.
