All you need to do is to click on this link and fill out a simple form with your venue’s information. Once completed, you will receive an email with a personalized application link that you can forward to your wedding couples and used on your website.

When a wedding couples uses the link to purchase liability insurance both you and the couple will also automatically receive Certificates of Insurance.

eWed Wedding Insurance's liability policies will cover you from the moment set-up begins through the breakdown of the final celebration of the weekend. That's three full days of coverage!

You can purchase liability insurance as late as the day before your wedding to purchase it.

Wedding liability insurance coverage includes:

  • Up to $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 total for bodily injury and property damage liability
  • Host liquor liability insurance
  • Issuance of a "Certificate of Additional Insurance" to meet your wedding venue's insurance requirements*

*Required by many venues as part of their contract. This is included with AWI's policy at no additional cost.

How much is the deductible?

  • Third party bodily injury claims have no deductible 
  • Damage to the wedding venue has a $1,000 deductible
  • Most homeowners and renters insurance policies do not cover property damage or injury occurring at your wedding. AWI does!
