Wedding Insurance & Special Event Insurance helps alleviate some of your event planning stress so you can have peace of mind, and one less thing to worry about. Planning a special event is an exciting time, but it can also be stressful. The last thing you want to think about is what if something goes wrong on your special day.

Zero Deductible Policies for Peace of Mind

Is your venue requiring a Liability policy? Then eWed Wedding & Event Insurance has you covered. All liability policies include Host Liquor Liability and naming your venue as an Additional Insured, for no additional cost.

If a wedding vendor unexpectedly goes out of business and keeps your deposit, if you need to cancel or postpone your wedding due to an injury or illness in the family, if you can’t hold your wedding due to severe weather – hey, it can happen – eWed Insurance can protect your investment in your wedding so you’re not out of pocket.

For our wedding insurance policies, our coverage isn’t limited to just your wedding day. eWed Wedding Insurance & Event Insurance will cover your rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, wedding reception, after party and farewell brunch too. That’s three full days of coverage for one low price!

eWed offers three types of insurance plans:

Wedding Insurance & Event Liability Coverage Guaranteed To Be Accepted By Your Venue Or Your Money Back

Event venues often require you to provide them with Liability insurance. eWed’s Liability policy is custom designed to meet your venue’s requirements and will name your venue as an Additional Insured including Host Liquor Liability for no additional cost.

Liability insurance provides you with protection if you or one of your guests causes property damage to your wedding venue, if someone is injured at your wedding, or if someone leaves your event drunk and gets in an accident. eWed Insurance’s liability policy covers you with up to $3 million in coverage and can be purchased any time up to one (1) day before your event. Liability policies start at only $119 for $1 million in coverage.

Wedding Cancellation & Postponement Insurance: provides you with reimbursement for lost deposits and non-refundable amounts if you must cancel or postpone your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Vendor bankruptcy or if a vendor no-shows (excludes Covid-19 related losses)
  • Accidental injury or illness of an immediate family member
  • Cancellation or postponement due to extreme weather
  • Unexpected military deployment (withdrawal of leave)

Wedding Cancellation Insurance will also cover additional expenses you may incur to avoid cancelling your wedding. If a wedding vendor cancels on you and you need to hire a more expensive new wedding vendor, eWed Wedding Insurance has you covered for the extra expense!

What if you don’t have to cancel or postpone your wedding, but you have still incurred a loss or suffered damages? eWed Wedding Insurance has you covered! Our policies also cover:

  • Loss or damage to your wedding photographs and videos
  • Lost or damage to wedding gifts
  • Lost wedding rings
  • Damage to wedding-day attire, including the bride's wedding dress

You can purchase coverage anytime up to 1 day before your wedding with policies starting as low as $75. Click here to learn more about eWed Insurance’s Wedding Cancellation Insurance.
